Claudia Panatti is a contemporary visual artist living and working in Oxford, UK.
Working across several disciplines her work explores the complexity and fragility of the mind. Paying particular focus to lived experience, she explores lived experience through the lens of cognitive semantics, in particular figurative speech, lyrics, poetry and everyday objects.
Knitted and embroidered textiles feature in her work as a way of bringing balance, belonging and groundedness to her practice. Emotions and observations are explored throughout her work as a way of making sense of the everyday familiar and unfamiliar.
